 At TrainingTeams Ltd., we can provide a three-tier training package either individually or as a full course.

The courses are detailed below but will include

• A Beginners Course for people who have never presented before.
   

• An Intermediate course for improving skills with assessed lessons and feedback
   

• An Experienced course for people who can already present, but want to revise or expand their skills.

In our opinion, people learn better when they’re having fun.

Our courses are tried and tested and enjoyable to attend. The trainers will give instruction, encourage interaction and ‘learning by doing’ whilst being supportive, and encouraging group and individual feedback in a safe and fun environment.

We can accommodate any number of delegates but there are maximum numbers per workshop to maximize personal development in a safe learning environment.

At TrainingTeams Ltd., we provide an enjoyable range of team-based exercises that will enhance your team’s motivation whilst at the same time giving each individual a greater understanding of how their fellow worker ticks.

In our opinion, people learn best by doing.
We do not believe in the ‘chalk and talk’ approach to training that some other companies claim can work. It is our belief that whilst an individual listens, groups interact and that’s why your teams will be guided into working together to heighten each team members’ qualities.

We do not believe in jargon and serious dictatorial training sessions. It is not productive for the trainers and it is certainly not productive for the students.

 Beginners Course

A one day progressive course

1 trainer to 20 delegates

Our experienced trainers have trained literally hundreds of people who have arrived at a workshop scared and nervous, into confident speakers who can stand up in front of a group of people and make a confident show of ability.

This has included a vast number of people whose first language is not English and who have gained much more than presentation skills from the workshop.

Although experienced, our trainers can remember their first time at presenting and never forget this when they run the introduction workshop for people who currently have little or no experience of public speaking and presenting. With their amusing and gentle, but progressive approach, delegates will not even realise that they are being advanced in their skills.

They will leave the workshop with their own personal development action plan and a whole host of techniques to attempt and practice. They will also leave the workshop with a great sense of achievement and a more confident person.

 Intermediate Course

A two-day intensive course (Either successive days or over two weeks).

1 trainer to 12 delegates

This course is based at people who have some experience of public speaking but who want to become orderly and smart in their presentation.

Delegates will be required to do a number of presentations and will be assessed on different aspects of their skills.

The trainers will take the delegates through fun and safe tasks and experiences that will improve awareness and skills in all areas of presentation and public speaking.

• Thinking on your feet and dealing with questions

• Proper use of audio-visuals

• Assessed presentations

 Advanced Course (for experienced presenters)

A two-day, fully intensive course with prior distance learning pack.

1 trainer to 8 delegates.

The course is ideal if they are an experienced presenter or public speaker and now want to refine skills and advance the complexities of their presentations.

Delegates will be required to do a number of presentations and will be assessed on different aspects of their skills.

The course is a more autonomous training environment with guidance and support given by the trainers and the emphasis is on different forms of presentation and in-depth use of audio-visuals.
